Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is reserved especially for you and, while we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments
are necessary, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the
opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity.
Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply if you fail to give at least
24 hours’ notice that you will not be able to make your appointment.
– Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. Upon semi
permanent make up tattooing treatments extra £30 will be charged inc top-up visits too.
– ‘No shows’ will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
The cancellation policy gives us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability. Our aim is to provide
you with an excellent level of service and our policies help us to achieve this.

Salon Etiquette
I would like to make your visit as pleasant as possible so please enjoy the read in this section before
arriving to us!
You find our treatment room at the Brighton Marina inside the David Lloyd Gym ground floor to the right hand side.
Once you enter the Gym’s building at the main reception just say you have a beauty appointment at the salon
(Object Salon) after this the receptionist will let you through the electric gates. When you enter Object Salon
please say again that you have appointment with us, they will make you sit. While you wait you will find magazines
and you can ask for refreshments.
Luckily there is free parking for our customers , please use the car parking area just opposite the Gym’s building
- it’s a big grey car parking building with floors. If you park by ASDA or Mc’Donalds you may get penalty if you
exceed 90 mins.
If you take bus the best route is with number 7 (towards Brighton Marina ) please get off at the last stop which
is the Cinema City, from there you just have to walk (1 min) to the very back of the Marina, once you see Pizza
Hut the Gym’s building is just behind it.
Follow these requirements before your visit!
Please follow our cancellation policy which you can read on our website! Please make sure you check your route to
us so you can arrive on time, please allow 10 minutes before your appointment due. If you are a new client you
will need to fill in a consultation form. Please bare in mind that if you are late we will need to cut from your
treatment time which might mean that you may not benefit fully from your treatment. It would be unfair on our next
client if we wouldn’t stick with our timing.
Please let us know if you will be late more than 5 minutes!
We are a relatively small treatment room with limited space we can only fit comfortably one person in the room
that is why please don’t bring children/friends/family members with you, however they can wait outside in the
reception area!
