Kind reminder: Due to strict licensing we don’t allow any children under 16’s in the clinic!
Please follow our cancellation policy which you can read on our website! Please make sure you check and plan your route to us so you can arrive on time, please allow 10 minutes before your appointment. If you are a new client you will need to fill in a consultation form. Please bear in mind that if you are late we will need to cut from your treatment time which might mean that you may not benefit fully from your treatment. It would be unfair to our next client if we didn’t stick with our timing. Please let us know if you will be late more than 5 minutes! We are a relatively small treatment room with limited space we can only fit comfortably one person in the room which is why please don’t bring children/friends/family members with you, however, they can wait outside in the reception area!
